Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

For worldwide orders, shipping may take 8–15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) from the date of shipment.

Please note: while we make every effort to deliver packages within the estimated timeframe, the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as flight schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external variables. For the most accurate delivery updates, please refer to the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery and proper handling of your package, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes:

  • Correct abbreviations.
  • Accurate street numbers.
  • Building or apartment numbers.
  • Any necessary route or delivery information.

Please double-check your address details before finalizing your order.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.
  • Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts when the address provided at checkout was accurate and delivery was attempted as scheduled.

Once a return process has begun due to an address issue, the order is not eligible for a refund or free reshipment. Re-delivery requests, where available, may incur additional shipping fees to be paid by the customer.

Order Status Changes

If there is a change in order status — such as an item being out of stock — we will promptly notify you via email. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we do not anticipate restocking the item, we will cancel it from your order. Rest assured, if you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for any canceled item, including any associated taxes or shipping fees.
