Refund & Returns Policy

At BlossomKnees, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our knee support products and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items that have been used, worn, or washed.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at the time of purchase).

Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@blossomknees.com or call us at +1 (575) 210-4938. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).

Refund Process

Approved Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items damaged for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blossomknees.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@blossomknees.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blossomknees.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
